Last Thursday (20), Jair Renan’s advisor and digital influencer Diego Pupe told R7 that the house, located in Lago Sul, a prime area of Brasilia, suffered an attempted robbery.
“We were on the porch when a friend and I suddenly heard a noise coming from the back of the house. We immediately turned on the lights and there was a man in a black blouse and shorts”, he said.
“When this man saw us, he ran away. And I ran inside to check where Renan and his aunt [Ana] Cristina [Valle, Bolsonaro ex-wife] were. Renan was playing on the computer, with headphones, in the office, and the aunt was sleeping,” he added.

Subsequently, Pupe reported that he locked the residence and called the Military Police and the GSI. “They did a sweep, they had several men with big guns, and everything was fine.”
In a statement, the PM confirmed that he went to the scene, but did not find any suspects. The GSI reported that there was no break-in attempt. “In response to your demand, this office informs you that there was no attempt to break into the referred residence,” the presidential body said.
The report asked the advisor if a report was made, and Pupe said no. “It was an attempt, not a robbery or theft itself. For the time being, we think it’s better not to make the bulletin, but this can be done at another time, if we think it’s necessary”, he said.
The GSI (Institutional Security Office) said this Friday (21) that there was no attempt to break into the residence of Jair Renan, son of President Jair Bolsonaro.
